Inadvertent typographic or photographic errors that we are not responsible for may occur on this website. Colors may vary from what is shown. Unless stated otherwise, all items are sold as single units. All prices are in US dollars.
When you place an order via our web site lumenaris.com you will receive a web order number when the order is placed. We then process your web order into an invoice and charge your card. For all orders, you will receive an email with the invoice attached. Your charge card processor may also send you a copy of the charge card receipt.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our shipper (either USPS or UPS) with your tracking number.
Should you make a mistake on your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com or call us at (408) 591-4034. We will attempt to intercept your order before shipment. However, once an order has entered the shipping process you cannot make changes.
Our goal is to have zero defects in all of our kits and products. Should you find a defect please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (408) 591-4034 for instructions. At our option we will replace the kit or product, or provide the missing item from a kit, or refund the purchase price of the kit or product. Proof of purchase is required.
Retail Order Returns
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the invoice date. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and unopened. Opened kits cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item including insurance. If you choose a product exchange, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges prior to us sending you that product.
All return orders must have an RMA number. Email us at email@example.com prior to any returns for your return authorization.
On returns, your credit card will not be reimbursed until we have received and confirmed the condition of the product.
Order "Need By" Date
If you have a specific "Need By" date for an item, e.g. for a birthday, holiday, etc., please identify that date in the additional information box when you place your web order. We will attempt to meet that date or inform you if we cannot.
We attempt to ship all products from stock by carrying sufficient stock for normal customer demand fluctuation. However, at times due this demand fluctuation may cause some products to be temporarily out of stock. As the manufacturer, we schedule the production run of those product to be built to fulfil your order. In these cases, you may experience delays ranging from a day or two up to several weeks before your order is fulfilled.
We reserve the right to split an order into multiple shipments with no additional shipping charges to you. This way part of your order may arrive earlier. Should you want an order not to be split, please put "ship all items together" in the additional information box.
